  1. Q: What is HelpHeroes?  A: HelpHeroes is a platform for identifying, documenting, and supporting the student victims of the ‘quota reform’ protests.

  2. Q: How does HelpHeroes work? A: HelpHeroes identifies victims and donors, facilitating 1-on-1 communication so donors can directly support victims to heal, recover, and continue their education.

  3. Q: As a prospective donor, who do I contact first? A: You are welcome to express your pledges for support by emailing us at helpheroes2024@gmail.com or messaging our Facebook page, HelpHeroes.

  4. Q: I am a victim, who do I contact first?  A: Please send email helpheroes2024@gmail.com or messaging our Facebook page, HelpHeroes with all the details mentioned at the first page.

  5. Q: Does HelpHeroes collect or provide donations? A: No. Donors provide support directly to the victims.

  6. Q: Is HelpHeroes a politically driven entity? A: No.

  7. Q: Who runs HelpHeroes? A: A few volunteers based at Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.

  8. Q: How long will the services of HelpHeroes continue? A: As long as it is required.

  9. Q: As a prospective donor, does pledging to support victims mean I must help or donate? A: No, donating and supporting victims is entirely up to your wish and capability.

  10. Q: Is there a minimum amount required for donation to the victims? A: No.

  11. Q: Is there any other way to support the victims without donating financially? A: Yes, you can counsel them 1-on-1 to help them recover and inspire them to dream bigger and stronger.  

  12. Q: As a victim, if I enlist myself on HelpHeroes, am I guaranteed to receive support? A: No. Support will be provided as and when suitable donors are found.

  13. Q: How will confidentiality be maintained? A: HelpHeroes is committed to maintaining 100% confidentiality for both donors and victims.
